A changelog is evidence only when the version, date and artifact can be checked together.
Publication rule
Each entry must identify a released product version, an absolute date and the shipped change. Sample release notes are prohibited.

No versioned release entry is claimed on this site today. Product status and shipped capability claims remain available in the evidence register without inventing a version number.
